Vermont Becomes Ninth State To Legalize Recreational Marijuana

Vermont made history on Monday in becoming the third state in the Northeast and ninth in the United States to legalize recreational marijuana when Republican Governor Phil Scott signed the bill that the legislature passed earlier in January, according to Reuters.
