‘Shape of Water’ Leads Oscar Field With 13 Nominations, ‘Dunkirk’ Earns Eight Nominations

“The Shape of Water,” the Cold War fantasy drama directed by Guillermo del Toro received 13 total Academy Award nominations early Tuesday morning in a two-part ceremony, PBS.org reported. The film received nominations for best picture, best director, best screenplay, several technical nominations and three acting nominations, the report said.
