New Report Says Teens Using E-Cigarettes More Likely To Try Smoking Tobacco

A panel of public health experts released a new study that says teenagers using e-cigarettes are more likely to try smoking traditional cigarettes and that the devices that deliver nicotine can still be addictive, according to The Guardian.
