Libyan Prime Minister Seeks Relaxed Arms Embargo

The Prime Minister of Libya, Fayez al-Sarraj, said he was positive about an arms embargo against certain military branches imposed by the United Nations being partially lifted, Reuters reported Thursday. The Libyan government is only allowed the import of weapons and other such materials with the approval of a U.N.
