Just One Cigarette Per Day Raises Risks For Cardiovascular Health

Smoking one cigarette a day is still far more dangerous than commonly thought, according to new research that said one single smoke a day could increase the risk of coronary heart disease or stroke to about half the risk from smoking 20 a day, according to The Guardian.
