A 10-year-old girl with cerebral palsy who emigrated from Mexico is facing deportation following an emergency gallbladder surgery, The Associated Press reported Thursday. Rosa Maria Hernandez came into the United States from Mexico a decade ago without the proper permission and was flagged after crossing a Border Patrol checkpoint in South Texas, said the report.
