Coast Guard holds twenty undocumented south to Curacao

WILLEMSTAD, Curaçao – Friday at dawn detected the radar operator of the Rescue Coordination Center and the Coast Guard a suspicious contact on radar south and Bull Bay, Curaçao. The Dash-8, the maritime patrol aircraft was directed to the specified location in order to examine the vessel.

Spot came they found a suspicious vessel with many passengers on.

A Super-RHIB coast guard bases Curaçao, was deployed right. About a mile south west of Rif St. Marie, they found an unlit vessel type to yola. This was geboard by the crew of the Super-RHIB. There were twenty (20) persons on board.

The boat was applied to it to the fulcrum to Parera. The twenty (20) persons on board, of which twelve (12) men and eight (8) women are all held by the Venezuelan nationality and handed over to the Police. The boat was seized. The matter is further investigated.
