British Government Report Says Manchester Arena Bombing Could Have Been Avoided

According to a British government-commissioned report published Tuesday, the Manchester suicide bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in May could have been avoided if British investigators payed attention to “highly relevant” intelligence, The Washington Post reported. “It is conceivable that the Manchester attack in particular might have been averted had the cards fallen differently,” the review said.
